Helping Our Veterans

One of our missions here at Ovilla United Methodist Church is helping out with the wants and needs for Veterans with VA (Veteran Affairs).  The Missions Committee at the church has made this an ongoing project in partnering with the VA.  There is a container in the foyer of the church (just outside the sanctuary and the office) where you can place your items for donation.  When the bins are full they will be delivered to the VA. 

We are collecting these items:
-Lap Blankets
-Winter Hats or Toboggan Hats
-All Kinds of Snacks (apple sauce, crackers, etc...)
-Envelopes (#10)
-Small Writing Tablets & Pens/Pencils
