Garage Sale Notes
From your Missions Committee regarding the Garage Sale on Saturday, April 5th:
• After the potluck lunch on Sunday, March 30th, please stay to help set up the Youth Building and Fellowship Hall for the Garage Sale.
• There are flyers on the Garage Sale table in the foyer for distribution in your community.
• On the day of the Garage Sale, please park in the back parking lot.
• Please be saving your boxes and plastic grocery and shopping bags. You can bring them to the church during our prep days.
• Feel free to make announcements on your social media about the Garage Sale. Social media is a major source of information in our community.
• Remember to wear your OUMC T-shirts the day of the Garage Sale. Wearing your T-shirt will help our customers know who to ask for help.
• Please be in prayer for our church as we reach out into the community. As we have fun and work together, may we be a blessing to each other and to those who take the time to stop by to shop for their treasures.
• We value your donations, purchases, and volunteer time even if you’re able to come for maybe an hour. Please know you’re appreciated!
Remember all proceeds go toward the Missional Outreach of our church.
