Ovilla UMC Student Ministry (OSM) exists to love the students we know and teach them to love the people they know in the name of Christ Jesus, while having fun. Together we play games, try new things, eat good food, study the Bible, and learn how to become more like Christ. Our Sunday School, Sunday Youth Night Live!, and event programming all help us to do just that. Our goal is to be disciples of Jesus who make other disciples of Jesus.
Youth Night Live! | 6:30-8:00 pm Sundays
During the school year, students meet Sunday evenings for Youth Night Live! featuring games, snacks, and small group discussions about Jesus. Youth Night Live! is held in the Youth & Children’s Building (Old Sanctuary).
Sunday Mornings | 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Every Sunday morning our students meet together in person for Sunday School together. This time is spent really studying the Bible and learning all its ins and outs.
We are currently meeting in the High School room in the Old Sanctuary.
Wednesday Family Night | 5:30-7:00 pm
During the school year there is Wednesday Family Night weekly for all ages. We start with a meal at 5:30 pm followed by a game and multi-generational Bible study. The program ends about 7:00 pm.
